Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you access or use Sanova websites, applications, AI features, and developer tools.
Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sanova websites, applications, AI features, developer tools, accounts, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. A feature may also have additional terms, which apply to that feature if provided.
Eligibility and Accounts
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information where requested, keep your credentials secure, and promptly address suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Third-Party Authentication and Services
Some features may rely on external identity providers, model providers, hosting platforms, integrations, or other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and fees. Sanova does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate policies or operations.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable law and must not use the Services to violate another person's rights, access accounts or systems without authorization, bypass security or usage controls, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, abuse or overload infrastructure, or engage in fraud, harassment, or other unlawful or harmful conduct.
Your Content
You retain any rights you have in content you submit to the Services, subject to rights necessary to operate the features you choose to use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and for complying with any applicable confidentiality or data-protection obligations. You must not submit content that you are not authorized to share.
AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, executing, or distributing them. Do not treat AI outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice, and independently verify important information. Similar inputs may produce similar or different outputs for different users.
Developer Tools, Code, and Integrations
Developer tools and integrations may read, transform, generate, or execute content or instructions you provide, depending on the feature. Review permissions and generated code before use, protect secrets and credentials, and test changes in an appropriate environment. You are responsible for deployments, connected accounts, external systems, and actions taken using outputs from the Services.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their underlying software, design, branding, and materials are owned by Sanova or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit Sanova to use them to evaluate, maintain, and improve the Services without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer ownership of your other content.
Availability and Changes
Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, provider, legal, or product-development reasons. Sanova does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location or at every time.
Fees and Usage Limits
Some features may have usage limits, paid plans, or separate pricing. Any applicable price, billing condition, or limit presented for a feature forms part of the terms for that feature. You are responsible for charges that you authorize and for any third-party charges incurred through services you connect or use.
Privacy
Sanova's Privacy Policy describes how information may be processed in connection with the Services. By using a feature, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that Policy and any applicable feature-specific notice.
Suspension and Termination
Sanova may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or users, address suspected abuse or security risks, comply with law, or respond to a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sanova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Services evolve or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the date associated with this version. Where required by law, Sanova will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
General and Contact
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. Applicable law and dispute procedures will be determined by the rules that legally apply to your use of the Services; nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections.
